TACH Systems officially joins the Investindustrial portfolio: the fund announces the project that integrates ALMEC s.p.a., HTP s.r.l. and TSM Sensors s.r.l. into a single industrial player.

The goal is to create a system integrator capable of developing custom solutions and offering a unified vision based on co-design, supporting OEMs and machine manufacturers.

The three companies combine complementary expertise to deliver solutions for industrial mobility, off-highway applications, and industrial automation.
